The rules on moving when children and custody are involved in MO?

Wondering if anyone knows the rules/laws on this in MO, and if it makes a difference what type of custody I have whether sole or joint as the 'primary' or custodial parent (I'm trying to get full sole custody)? I'm wanting to move 40-50 miles away when I finish college to be closer to the jobs. Thanks.
