Really bad muscle pain!!!?

I haven't exercised seriously in long while. My muscles are very tight and fragile, so I want to start feeling better. I have a fast metabolism so i am in a healthy weight range, just ridiculously out of shape. My biggest problem areas are my calves, hamstrings and lower back--most of my back is in a slouch cuz my chest is really big. I have very high arches and bad balance/coordination, and bad circulation and whenever I stretch it really hurts. But I'll take any suggestions for supplements, stretches, links, anything please!
