maintain ur friendship,try to talk to him a little more and hang out more but dont push it! after a couple weeks of flirting sth should happen,if it doesnt then u could just try askin him out to a movie or sth..after that just keep it cool(not too cool) and if eventually theres should be a response..if there isnt then just drop it..
