Do I weigh too much and how do I excersize more???
first of all i am 5,5 and i weigh about 126 granted most is muscle but don't listen to someone talk about BMI unless they do a urine yze and second if you want to probably make your mid sections a little firmer and probably your legs to than try doing just some crunches where you elevate your legs and have your hands behind your head and bring your legs and your chest together and when you get that down than try and cross where your legs go the opposite directions that your chest does and that should help also try and just go out for a jog every day see if that helps!!! and i do not go to a gym... to expensive like you said...
