What Should My Salary Expectations be?

I'm a new LPN and i've been working for 2 months at a Long Term Care Facility. I've recently been offered a job as a "Service Care Coordinator" at a Alzheimer's/Special Care facility. I wouldn't be working as an LPN, I would be working as a Medication Tech, Supervising the other Med Techs, as well as following up with patient family concerns, quality urance, dr orders, etc... I'm making 15.50 an hr at the place i'm at now... what should i expect to make or what should i tell this facility my salary expectations are.... I live in NC
