How Do I Ask Him Where Our Relationship Stands?

i think he wants to have with you, so he is just going to keep coming around until he gets it. he is inexperienced and you are younger, so he probably wants to get experience with you so he will feel more confident around the older girls...he might just really like you, but i don't have too much confidence in teenage boys.
