Orthodoxs? what are your beliefs about Mary and questions about orthodox churches?

do the orthodox churches have some advocations to Mary like Our Lady of the Mount Carmel, Our Lady of Perpetual Help and do you have novenas and prayers to saints in order to ask their intercession for us before God? why do you believe you are the true church? do you see the roman church as a heresy or schism? why is that negative against rome? if we want to be one body in christ someday.. I know the power of the Pope is something that is discussing but if the Pope accepts to be a bishop like the rest then the Roman Church will stay as the same or it has to change some beliefs?
