Mi hair has very dry and brittle raggly ends..how can i get rid of it???? im african american also?

ohkay i am an african american girl and mi hair is a total mess...mi hair lacks body and volume its dry and very brittle it has lots of breakage it wont grow and its thin as ever well not that thin buts its almost there and the ends of mi hair r just horrible...how can i fixx this!!?? please help
