Why do you believe ual harment in Egypt is so rampant?

Well, I'm not egyptian, but I've been here for a while, and I've come to realize that it seems to be because culture here kind of "forbids" and ual thoughts, that people are just so angry about it, because ual harment, like , is not about the , it's about the violence, they notice that the women are the one's making them feel ual, so they want to punish them, and the way they do that is by humiliating them and degrading them, it's also a way to feel like they have the control, it's a need to be the alpha male so they feel fulfilled.
