Is CA Internet Security Suite Plus 2009 worth getting?

I had CA Internet Security for a couple of years but not anymore. My computer was always doing goofy things and was slow but I just thought something wasn't right with my computer. It came time to renew my subscription and I thought I'd try something else. Once I deleted the CA software and went with AVG, it was like I had a brand new computer! CA uses a lot of system resources and slows your computer down big time because of it. I would recommend AVG or Windows Live OneCare over CA any day. CA is in about the same category as McAfee in my opinion. They're definitely not the best softwares in this category.
