If you were a high school english teacher what would you grade this intro?

Well I am certain you didn't copy it from any published work. Other than spelling mistakes and poorly constructed sentences, it is just not cohesive. E-mail me if you like for a more detailed critique. The last sentence in particular is especially bad, I would give it a failing grade.
