Not having many symptoms?

Hello everyone. I found out the end of last week that I am pregnant, about 5-6 weeks along. I have had one other child. He is 9 months old now, a little boy. When I was pregnant with him I had morning sickness, tender , all the normal pregnancy symptoms, very early on. I am worried about this pregnancy because I have no symptoms, besides the missed period. I don't "feel" pregnant and I am worried. I took 2 home ept's, both positive, and one at the WIC office, also positive. The only few symptoms I have scare me because I didn't have them with my son. I have some pains in my lower abdomen (around ovaries), and stomach cramps which makes me have to hurry to a bathroom. I took a blood test yesterday at the OB's office, and will get the results this afternoon. Could the tests be wrong? Could I be ectopic? or does everything sound fine? Any and all experiences and answers are greatfully appreciated. Thank you all
