DS: A family friend just got a free pupy from a guy in a parking lot?

The first thing that would make me suspicious is he was from Michigan. I live in Detroit and know lots of people who think they can make money by selling puppies. They are kidding themselves. It does not mean the puppy is unhealthy. If they can take care of the puppy for its entire life, then they may have a wonderful pet. Tell them they need to work on the training as it may have temperament issues. These issues can be solved it it is address right away.
